Stop Believing Your BS
40-minute video mini-course + PDF guide
You've probably heard it said that your childhood, your upbringing, and the people around you have shaped where you are today.
They're right.
But if life isn't quite going the way you'd like, you have the power to change that starting now, regardless of your past or your current circumstances.
In this short course, you'll do a reality check on:
How do you view yourself?
Are you kind to yourself?
What's your outlook on life, generally?
Who is the real enemy?
How much weight do your thoughts and words actually carry?
What's really stopping you from moving past procrastination?
This is where the spark of your transformation gets lit, with only one direction to move in: forward.
How? By recognizing and accepting your BS. Your Big Screwup.
Once you can name it, you can move past it. And naming it is the first step toward:
- Accepting responsibility
- Formulating a plan of action
- Sticking to what you actually want
- Accepting that challenges will come
- Acknowledging the small wins along the way
- Refocusing when you need to
- Giving the process enough time to work
- Not giving up
Change is never easy. Deep change is harder still. But with real desire and determination, it's possible and this course is built to show you how.
This self-contained mini-course includes high-quality video lectures and a free PDF course booklet. Work through it in your own time, at your own pace.
Clear, direct content on how to move ahead and improve your life, built from what's actually worked, not theory. Chances are, you'll recognise yourself somewhere in it.

I know this works. Here's why.
For over two decades I had a debilitating stutter that ruled my life. Two speech therapists couldn't fix it. What finally did wasn't a technique or a treatment, it was a single shift in belief.
My old identity: "I am a stutterer who now and again speaks fluently." My new belief: "I am a fluent speaker who now and again stutters."
That's it. The same words. A different order. A completely different internal story and a completely different life. Since making that shift I've spoken on radio, on TV, and in front of audiences of 750 people.
The BS you're carrying is different to mine. But the mechanism is identical.
